MIAMI -- A crank call to Fidel Castro could cost a Miami Spanish radio station $4,000.

The Federal Communications Commission fined WXDJ FM after the hosts (pictured, right) of "The Morning High Jinks" called Fidel Castro and pretended to be Venezuelen President Hugo Chavez.
Shortly after exchanging pleasantries the DJs called Castro an assassin. Castro fired back a volley of vulgar words.
Payment or a request for cancellation or reduction is required in
30 days.
