Basic Olive Oil and Vinegar Vinaigrette

3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1-1/2 packets of sugar subsitute
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine all of the ingredients in a jar and shake well. Refrigerate.

Variations:

Add four cloves of crushed garlic
Add a squirt of lemon or lime juice
Add two teaspoons of one of the following:
- fresh chopped basil
- minced scallion
- fresh thyme
- fresh marjoram
