Sports Channels | Jennings, Bucks Invade Big Easy To Take On Hornets(Sports Network) - The Milwaukee Bucks will resume a four-game road trip tonight against the New Orleans Hornets in the Big Easy.The Bucks dropped to 1-1 on the swing after having their three-game winning streak come to an end with Monday's 112-98 setback at San Antonio. Ersan Ilyasova had 20 points, four rebounds and four steals for Milwaukee, which got 15 points from Hakim Warrick and 12 points and seven assists out of Brandon Jennings. "It was just one of those nights where things don't go your way," said Jennings. "You have to find another way. I was trying to get my teammates involved. We just couldn't get it going." Michael Redd, who had missed the last nine games due to a strained tendon in his left knee, came off the bench for the Bucks and finished with four points in 11 minutes of action. Milwaukee is 2-3 as the guest this season and will also visit Oklahoma City on the trek. New Orleans had its three-game winning stopped with Sunday's 102-101 loss at Miami, as rookie guard Marcus Thornton scored a career-high 24 points off the bench and Peja Stojakovic recorded 14 points. "I felt good the whole night, but unfortunately it doesn't matter when we don't win," Thornton said. David West added 13 with nine rebounds, while James Posey netted 14 points for New Orleans, which is 5-2 as the host this season. Darren Collison had 11 points in defeat and is averaging 14.0 points and 6.4 assists as Chris Paul's replacement in the starting lineup. Paul is out indefinitely because of an ankle sprain. The Hornets won both meetings with Milwaukee last season and are unbeaten in the past seven encounters. The Bucks are winless in their last eight contests at New Orleans Arena.
