HOLLYWOOD, Fla. -- The emergency room at Memorial Regional Hospital is now open after a smallpox scare.
The ER was briefly quarantined Friday morning after doctors said that a patient exhibited symptoms of smallpox.
Doctors determined that the patient, who came to the ER with a rash, did not have the highly contagious disease.
