MIAMI -- A high school football star, a 16-year-old and a 23-year-old man are under arrest after a sexual encounter with a minor, police said.Antwain Easterling, 19, who is a senior at Miami Northwestern High School, and Jefferson Shannon, 23, were charged with lewd and lascivious behavior with a minor Thursday afternoon, along with a 16-year-old who will not be named because of his age.Police said three had consensual sex with a 16-year-old girl who is a student at Miami Northwestern. A source told Local 10 that the three males were arrested after the girl's mother filed a complaint, but police have not confirmed that.Police said that Easterling, Shannon and the 16-year-old admitted having sex with the girl. Police arrested them and they were booked into the jail because sex with a minor, even with consent, is against the law.The principal of Northwestern High said that he will not comment until police complete their investigation.Easterling has received offers from colleges all over the country including the University of Miami and University of Florida. His arrest comes just days before Miami Northwestern plays in the state championship game.Miami Northwestern High School is located at 1100 N.W. 71st St. in Miami.
