MIAMI -- Detailed reports give a glimpse into the last days of Anna Nicole Smith's life, how many prescription drugs she was taking, and specifics about tattoos on her body.
The reports were released by Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper, and show that Anna Nicole Smith's primary cause of death was "combined drug intoxication."
Autopsy, emergency room and investigative reports and a news release were made public Tuesday.
The autopsy report also lists Smith's various tattoos and talks about her breast implants.
The report lists Smith's tattoos:
There is a pair of red lips in the right lower abdominal quadrant.
Two red cherries are on the right mid-pelvis.
A "Playboy Bunny" is on the left anterior mid pelvis.
The words "Daniel" and "Papas" are on the mid-anterior pelvis region.
A mixed tattoo on the right lower leg and ankle represents Christ's head, Our Lady of Guadalupe, the Holy Bible, the naked torso of a woman, the smiling face of Marilyn Monroe, a cross, a heart and shooting flames.
A mermaid on a flower bed with a pair of lips underneath it lying across the lower back.
The autopsy report also talks of Smith's "bilateral (breast) implants, each containing 700ml of clear fluid."

autopsy report.)
The autopsy report shows that Smith, 39, had about nine prescription medications present in her body.
Perper said Smith's death was caused by an accidental overdose, and after an extensive investigation there was no reason to believe the Playboy Playmate was the victim of foul play.
"Based on the totality of the results we finally concluded that the primary cause of death was combined drug intoxication, with the primary drug being chloral hydrate in conjunction with multiple other drugs in therapeutic concentrations," said Perper.
The medical examiner also pointed out that Smith had "abscesses of buttocks and viral enteritis (intestinal infection) and possibly the flu." These factors also contributed to Smith's death, according to the report.
Smith arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood on Feb. 5 and planned to leave four days later aboard a new yacht to the Bahamas that she and her companion Howard K. Stern were arranging to buy. She became unconscious in her three-room suite on Feb. 8 and later died, according to the reports.
Perper apologized to Smith's family, "friends who loved her" and her fans because of the diclosure of the public records.
"We must do what is compelled by law," said Perper.
