FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- The brother of outgoing California Congressman Gary Condit is now in a Broward County jail.
The FBI arrested Darrell Condit (pictured, right) Sunday at a bar on State Road 84 in Fort Lauderdale.
He was picked up on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court on fake ID charges.
This is Condit's third run-in with the law in Florida. He was arrested in Broward County last July after failing to meet probation conditions from a DUI arrest six years ago.
