KEY LARGO, Fla. -- A manatee with a troubled history needed help again when she was caught up in some fishing wire this weekend.
A microchip implanted on Duley the manatee helped rescuers find her off Key Largo.
The fishing wire wrapped around her one of her fins and cut it.
This is the third time the 1,400-pound manatee has received medical help after being caught in fishing wire.
Duley was given antibiotics and then released.
