FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- The widow of murdered mogul Gus Boulis won't be getting a piece of his estate. A judge ruled that Boulis' newer will is valid. That new will cuts Frances Boulis out of the financial picture.

The couple was in the middle of a lengthy divorce when Boulis (pictured, left) was killed. Frances Boulis flew to South Florida from Greece to claim that an old will that gave her part of Boulis' multi-million dollar estate was valid, not the newer one he put together in 1999.
Boulis, who created Sun Cruz Casinos and the Miami Subs chain, was shot to death two years ago while driving through Fort Lauderdale.
His car was boxed in by the driver of one car while the driver of another car opened fire.
Police have not found the killers.
