MIAMI -- Rilya Wilson's former caretaker is under arrest again, on four new charges.

Geralyn Graham (pictured, left), was arrested last week for allegedly pulling off a welfare scam. She now faces four new felony charges filed Tuesday. Graham is accused of buying a car using fake identification.
Graham, who has been in jail since her arrest on Oct. 2, is having trouble posting a $150,000 bond so she can go home while awaiting trial. The new charges, all third-degree felonies, have a recommended bond of $50,000.
Police say that Graham bought a $29,000 Mitsubishi Montero in April and during the transaction she used an altered Tennessee driver's license in the name of Bonnie Jean Joyner. Investigators say that Graham taped her own photo over Joyner's; used Joyner's credit history to get a loan; and usedJoyner's identity to register the car.
Ed Shohat, Graham's attorney, said that Joyner is a family friend who had loaned Graham her identification.
Joyner was not available for comment.
