MIAMI BEACH, Fla. -- A 34-year-old woman was arrested on drunken driving charges after a fatal crash on the MacArthur Causeway early Thursday morning.Hathaikarn Russo, of Fort Lauderdale, is charged with driving under the influence-manslaughter and DUI causing serious bodily harm.The crash occurred at about 1 a.m. near Hibiscus Island, closing the westbound lanes of Interstate 395 from Alton Road to the city of Miami until about 8:30 a.m.One woman was killed and another victim was transported to Mount Sinai Medical Center.
