WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- The widow of a murdered teacher took the witness stand Wednesday to talk about life without her husband and the toll it's taken on her children.

Pam Grunow (pictured) is suing the Valor Corporation for $75 million, saying the company distributed a gun that was unsafe, defective and lacked features that would have prevented a minor from using it.
Nathaniel Brazill, 16, shot and killed Barry Grunow two years ago at a West Palm Beach school with a .25 caliber Raven handgun.
"The hardest times are trying to have a family dinner without him. It's very empty. It's very lonely," Grunow said.
Grunow's attorneys rested their case Wednesday.
The defense is expected to begin their case on Monday. Brazill is scheduled to be the first witness.
