Baseball Bat Fight Breaks Florida Man's Arms

The Manatee County Sheriff's Office said a man broke his half-brother's arms with a baseball bat during an argument over a cell charger. Forty-year-old Evan S. Jones was charged Friday with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. According to the police report, Jones retrieved the wooden bat from a closet during the argument and started to swing at his brother, who was hit four times and taken to a hospital. The name of Jones' half-brother wasn't released.
