FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Detectives have charged a Coral Springs man in the killing of his next-door neighbor, whose body was found dumped in the Everglades.
Terrance Taylor, 26, has been charged with murder. Police said he killed Adam Gerber, 33, and then was caught on the camera of an ATM, withdrawing money using Gerber's credit card.
Gerber's badly decomposed body was found on Nov. 4 near a levee off U.S. 27. Investigators said Gerber had the mental capacity of a teenager.
Detectives said Taylor was found with Gerber's credit card.
