Required Immunizations

All children entering kindergarten, first and second grade must complete a Hepatitis B vaccine series in addition to already required immunizations for:

Diphtheria

Pertussis

Tetanus

Polio

Measles

Mumps

Rubella

Before entering school, all incoming seventh graders must receive a second dose of:

Measles vaccine

Hepatitis B vaccine series (three doses)

Tetanus-diphtheria vaccine booster

Students attending eighth, ninth and tenth grades also are required to have these immunizations.
