CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- A practical joke by two South Florida DJs was so good it fooled a South American president.

Radio talk show hosts Joe Ferrero and Enrique Santos (pictured) of the radio station El Sol called Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's private phone line Monday morning and pretended to be Cuban leader Fidel Castro calling from Havana.
The DJs were able to have a short conversation with the president live on the air, posing as Castro.
"When Chavez answered the phone, I just freaked, 'Oh my god we got the president of Venezuela on the phone.' And then I said, 'Great, let's go for it,'" Ferrero said.
Management at the station was not pleased with the prank. But the DJs do expect to be back on the air this morning.
