Pop Artist Romero Britto Arrested

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. -- Pop artist Romero Britto is facing DUI charges. Miami Beach Police arrested Britto Thursday morning after he was spotted swerving between lanes on Washington Avenue and nearly hit a parked car.

Investigators said Britto took a Breathalyzer test and the results showed his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit.
