MIAMI -- Police are searching for a man who robbed a bank in Miami on Tuesday.
According to Miami police, a man went into the Wachovia Bank in the 100 block of Southwest Eighth Street at about 11:20 a.m. and handed the teller a letter demanding money.
The bank teller handed over the cash, and the robber escaped on foot, police said.
The robber is described as a man who is about 6 feet 1 inch tall. He wrote camouflage pants, a yellow shirt and a hat.
