Spc. Daniel Lawson Will Be Laid To Rest Today

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- Spc. Daniel Lawson will be laid to rest Saturday.Lawson, 33, enlisted in the Army almost a year ago in order to give his family financial security.He was killed earlier this month after his vehicle was attacked by enemy forces in Afghanistan.Lawson's funeral services will take place at the Deerfield Beach High School auditorium. That's where he graduated in 1994. He will be buried at Pineview Cemetery.Lawson was a church minister and had a degree in computer programming. He leaves behind a wife and two kids.
