MIRAMAR, Fla. -- The sole survivor of a triple killing inside a Miramar home spoke out Monday in the hope of generating tips that will lead police to the killer.
Fearing for her own life, the survivor did not want her face shown or her name released. She only wanted to be known as the heartbroken mother of 16-year-old Nekitta Hamilton, who was gunned down along with 49-year-old Faith Bisasor and her son, 16-year-old Davion Bishop, in August in Bisasor's Miramar home.
"My child is gone, my friend and her son. Thank God I'm here, but it's hard without my daughter and my friend and her son," the survivor said.
The woman also was there in the Encino Street home. She was shot twice in the head, near her left eye, and passed out, then regained consciousness.
"I tried to see, but I couldn't see anything at all. I felt next to the phone. I pushed 'send' on the button, and I remember saying, 'I got shot,'" the survivor said.
Unable to see, the survivor guided police to the home, not knowing at the time her daughter, Nekitta, was gone.
"We miss our daughter so much. She was a loving child. She was into her books and she was a child of big dreams," said Eustace Hamilton, Nekitta's father.
The slain teen's mother and father said their life has one focus: finding her killer.
"She was my only child. She was a good lady to me, and her son was -- we buried two kids. Turn yourself in," the survivor said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS (8477).
