Judge Rules Tyler Weinman Can Leave South Florida

MIAMI -- The teenager accused of killing cats in his Miami-Dade neighborhood received good news from a judge on Tuesday.Tyler Weinman, 18, remains on house arrest in his Palmetto Bay home.Weinman is charged with killing and mutilating cats in Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay.On Tuesday, the judge ruled that Weinman can travel to Orlando for the Thanksgiving holiday.He also ruled that Weinman can leave his house to go to the gym.
