Police Not Ruling Out Road Rage As Motive

MIAMI -- Two men are dead after a shooting in Miami Friday morning.
According to Miami Police, at around 6:30 a.m., they received several 911 calls reporting shots fired at N.E. First Avenue and 10th Street.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found two victims inside a white Chevy Suburban that was stopped at a traffic light.
One man inside the vehicle died and another was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital in critical condition.
A witness who had just finished breakfast at the Camillus House shelter, said he heard the shots and ran up to the SUV to help.
He told Local 10’s Kellie Butler one man was shot in the head, the other in the neck.
Police said the victims were two men in their 30's. They said they are not ruling out road rage as a possible motive.
Miami Police are looking for the driver of a dark blue Chevy Malibu, last seen heading toward I-395. They are not calling him a suspect, but said he may have information about the shooting.
Drivers in downtown Miami can expect streets in the area of the shootig to be closed for several hours.
