FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- A judge is pressing the Drug Enforcement Administration to back off shutting down a Davie pharmacy.

Lifeline Pharmacy and its supplier C&W Wholesale were shut down earlier this month. The DEA believes employees were illegally filling online prescriptions.
The judge wants the two parties to reach an agreement where the pharmacy would continue doing business, but agree to stay away from the Web. The DEA is not backing down.
