Prisoner Pulls Off Clothes In Court

MIAMI -- A Miami prisoner delivered more than just the bare facts in court Wednesday. He also delivered a bare body.
The judge looked a bit surprise when he looked up to see the suddenly naked man, Ereberto Rivero, before him (pictured). Bailiffs led him away and managed to convince him to put his clothes back on.Rivero reportedly claimed he had been abused in jail and wanted to prove it to the judge by showing him bruises.The judge ordered a psychological evaluation.
