Mom Credits Local 10 In Return Of Runaway Daughter

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. -- A mom has finally been reunited with her missing daughter and she's giving much of the credit to the Local 10 Problem Solvers.Tracey Shaffer arrived in South Beach in February, handing out fliers with a picture of her missing 15-year-old daughter, Cassaundra Hannigan.Hannigan ran away from her New York home and was arrested on a prostitution charge in Miami. She called her mom from jail but was bonded out by a man believed to be her pimp before her mother got here.On Saturday, Hannigan returned home to New York and her mother. Shaffer said it wasn't until Local 10 broadcast her story that Florida authorities gave it special attention.
