MIAMI -- A public meeting will be held today at Miami's City Hall to decide how to fill a suspended commissioner's seat.
Commissioners must decide how to replace Arthur Teele, who Gov. Jeb Bush suspended after police charged Teele with assault for allegedly trying to run a police officer off the road.
Commissioners can either appoint a replacement or choose to hold a special election.
The meeting will be held at 3 p.m.
