Police: Armed Man Steals Wedding Ring, Forces Woman Into Car

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. -- An unidentified armed man robbed a woman at Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach this morning, then forced her back into her car and made her drive him to Miami, police said.
The woman, a private nurse, had pulled into the hospital parking lot around 6:30 a.m. when a black man with dreadlocks reportedly confronted her and forced her back into her Nissan Altima.As she drove, he rifled through her purse, took some cash and stole her wedding ring, police said. The nurse reportedly dropped the robber off near 62nd Street and Northeast 4th Avenue. Police said he told the woman to drive back to the hospital, which she did. She called police about two hours after the alleged incident.The woman was not hurt. Police are interviewing her.
