South Florida Sex Offenders

Search FDLE Databases For Sexual Offenders

FDLE has compiled information provided by the Florida Department of Corrections and the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles into a searchable database that is accessible to the public.

A Florida law, effective since July 1, 1996, requires that the FDLE maintain an updated list of Florida's Registered Sexual Predators after a court has made a written finding designating them as a Sexual Predator (as defined by Florida statute).

Florida law requires certain sex offenders to directly register with law enforcement or to have information compiled by the Department of Corrections, with that information provided to FDLE. Florida law also makes that information available to the public.

To see a list, with photographs, of the more than 2300 registered sex offenders/predators in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties click here and type in the desired county.
