A former candidate for the Miami city commission is planning to sue the city's mayor, city manager and the candidate who beat him.

Rev. Richard Dunn held an impromptu news conference Friday at Miami City Hall Friday to announce his lawsuit.

Dunn says Miami Mayor Manny Diaz, City Manager Joe Arriola and newly elected Commissioner Michelle Spence-Jones were behind inflammatory fliers questioning his character.

Dunn said, "I want the good people of Miami to know that inside this City Hall, the mayor, the city manager and the illegally elected Spence-Jones, are corrupt."

Dunn says he'll seek $10 million in damages in his defamation of character lawsuit against Diaz, Arriola and Spence-Jones.
