MIAMI BEACH, Fla. -- The largest annual urban festival in the country comes back to South Florida Memorial Day weekend, with a crowd of up to 350,000 expected to attend.

In its sixth year, Urban Beach Week began as a small fashion-oriented event. It has evolved into a huge festival with many events and themes including a celebrity basketball game, a reggae festival, pool parties and, of course, hip-hop music and music videos.

The events happen May 24-29 in the South Beach Art Deco District at hotels along Ocean Boulevard, Collins Avenue and Washington Street from the 100 to the 2500 blocks.

Traffic in the area will be very slow, and several streets will be closed.
