Chad Ocho Cinco, the Bengals wide receiver who was previously named Chad Johnson, revealed to reporters Wednesday his plans for Cincinnati's matchup against the Dallas Cowboys this weekend.
According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, Ocho Cinco told reporters on a conference call: "This week, to show my respect for Dallas and its owner, Jerry Jones, I'm going to score and I'm going to kiss the star. I'm telling you, I'm not being rude about anything. I'm going to kiss the star. It's going to be fun."
Ocho Cinco, who was referring to the Cowboys' large logo in the center of the field, said the 0-4 Bengals were not going to back down against the 3-1 Cowboys. The wide receiver said Cincinnati would "throw everything, including the kitchen sink" at Dallas, the Enquirer reported.
Sunday's meeting between Dallas and Cincinnati also marks a matchup between two of the NFL's most outspoken receivers in Ocho Cinco and Terrell Owens. Owens made headlines this week after he complained about not getting the ball enough in the Cowboys' loss to the Washington Redskins.
In four games, Owens has recorded 17 receptions for 264 yards and four touchdowns. Ocho Cinco has tallied 11 receptions for 116 yards and one touchdown in his four outings.
The winless Bengals are tied with the St. Louis Rams for the worst records in the league. Houston and Detroit also remain winless at 0-3.
