As of Nov. 18, 2009:Newsroom Trainee WPLG-TV, the ABC, Post-Newsweek owned station in Miami is seeking a Newsroom Trainee. Job duties include writing for newscasts, editing video using Avid non-linear editing system, producing webcasts, writing for the web, producing live news cut-ins and assisting on the assignment desk. Candidate should also be proficient in windows based software as well as social networking platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
