    Job Listing: News Producer

    We are looking for an individual who can craft a newscast. Show stackers need not apply. If you are a creative producer, who takes control and calls the shots, you are our candidate. We are seeking candidates who don’t wait to be told what to do, but rather lead the charge to produce an innovative, fast-paced, newscast. Candidates should possess conversational TV news story telling ability, sharp news judgment and the ability to incorporate graphics and pre-production to showcase your news product.

    Prefer candidates with a minimum of three (3) years experience as a commercial TV news producer. College degree in journalism desirable.

    Job Listing: Assignment Editor

    Responsibilities included but are not limited to manning assignment desk in various capacities. Setting up interviews and following-up on viewer phone calls. Researching information and leads, making agency checks, handling news tips and story ideas, phone calls. Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum 2 years news assignment editor experience. A college degree in Journalism, Communications or a related field is preferred. Must be able to work well under pressure and deal effectively with last minute deadlines. Grasp of Spanish/Creole languages helpful.
